The inventor of the Internet

The invention of internet was in 1969, when Charley Kline, a student on programming, turned on the computer in the California`s university, under the supervision of his teacher Leonard Kleinrock.
The student entered in the correct program and tried to conect to other computer, located in Stanford Research Institute (568 kilometers far away). He wrote the word “login”, but only the first two letters were transferred from one computer to other, because the system collapse. The word complete, was recently passed an hour later.
Really, this “failure” was the first communication between two computers that weren’t connect directly, the computers were connect through the red “ARPANET”, this is the based of the Internet.

"The complete word could only be sent/transmitted an ..." "...weren’t connected directly. The...connected through the “ARPANET” net; this was the base of the Internet."
